No—there are no commitments or contract terms. You can pause or deactivate your shop anytime.

We charge a flat 8% service fee per transaction. It includes everything—booking, payment processing, and support. You can choose to pass the fee on to your customers or absorb it yourself.

Once a customer makes a purchase, the money lands in your ticketbro balance. You can request a payout to your bank account anytime.

You can choose which payment methods you want to accept. ticketbro currently supports credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut. Need something else? Just contact our support team and we’ll see what we can do.

We apply default tax rates based on your shop’s country. Need custom tax settings? No problem—you can personalize them in the app.

After placing an order, customers receive their ticket by email.

Ask your customers to check their spam folder first. You can also easily resend tickets via the mobile or web app to the email they provided—or even update the email address if needed.

You set your own refund and rescheduling policy. If you allow cancellations, customers can cancel or reschedule directly. You can issue refunds in just a few clicks from your dashboard.

Absolutely. Whether you're selling event tickets, access to services, or extras like equipment or birthday packages—ticketbro lets you create custom products to match your business.
